Wellington Court is a premier residential block in  St Johns Wood, London, Advanced Roofing Solutions were awarded the contract to prepare the existing failing mineral felt and single ply roof coverings and provide a solvent free Triflex Protect cold applied resin, seamless waterproofing system that would be guaranteed for a period of 25 years.

The project entailed the overlay of the main flat roof and pitched roof areas to the large penthouse apartments at either end of the block, the lining of mansard gutters at upper and lower levels, bay roof projections and the overlay of the large wrap around Penthouse roof terraces at either end of the property using Triflex ProTerra HD Buried.

We were further instructed to remove in excess of 190m² of sand cement render to the inside faces of the roof terrace parapets and re-render using a chalk white Weber Monocouche product before a new composite decking was installed. New gray finish full replacement fascia boards were also installed to the pitched roofs of the two penthouse apartments.
