Topseal offer a range in flat roof and balcony systems with different levels of fibreglass reinforcement the standard 450gm/m² , HD 600gm/m² & the Double Top 900gm/m² with guarantee periods of 25, 30 and 40 years respectively.

Triflex PMMA resin flat roof, walkway and balcony systems are covered by guarantees ranging from 15 – 25 years.

Liquiflex Pro is a high performance polyurethane flat roof and balcony system that is guaranteed for 15, 20 or 25 years depending on the product specified.

Both Kemperol V210 & 2K-PUR roof coverings are fully warranted with guarantees of 15 & 20 years based upon the weight of reinforcement fleece specified. 10 year and 10 plus 10 year insurance backed guarantees can also be provided for both residential and domestic installations.
